    Enjoy a convivial, fun cooking lesson over zoom. Hang out with some scintillating company, sharpen up your cooking skills, learn some interesting food facts, then sit down and join us for dinner or even book your own table (zoom room!).


    Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned pro, Delicious Nights In lets you cook with ease and enjoyment. Kuli, our Food Educator is a brilliant and patient teacher, and Cloud, Ucci founder, will be there to make sure you're having a good time.

    What you get:

    This event is hosted online on zoom. We spend approximately the first 1.5 hours cooking with Kuli, who likes to create dishes using ingredients from all over the world that are tasty, healthy and nutritious. Once you have created your meal, then you can eat together, breaking out into private zoom rooms to really catch up or switch off and enjoy your evening with delicious food.


    Shopping list:

    One week before, we will send you a shopping list of what and where you can buy each ingredient. All ingredients should be available at your local Tesco, Sainsbury or Waitrose, but if you have any questions, please email us and we will get back to you asap.

    Typical menu options


    Baked cod with caponata and couscous

    Delicate, yielding, purest flakes of cod sat atop caponata: a vibrant Sicilian vegetable stew with influences spanning cultures and eras. Definitely a gourmet express experience.

    The bountiful mediterranean: vital and diverse: together, we create a plate composed of balanced, nutritious, delectable morsels!


    Indian Buddha bowl

    We transpose the Thali: an ancient Indian go-to, and bring it into the 21st Century. One bowl: created with love, yet expedient, tasting of ancient splendour, but breathtakingly modern....

    We will confirm the dessert based on bookings and dietary requirements one week before the event.
